Endorsed by Kenton County's Civic Leaders

Chris Reinersman has earned the support of mayors, commissioners, and community leaders who know him best — as a colleague, a neighbor, and a professional.

Joe Nienaber — Kenton County Commissioner

I have known Chris Reinersman my whole life. Growing up down the street from Chris in Fort Wright I am proud to say we have been friends for forty-five plus years.

Outside of being a lifelong friend, I have been fortunate to work with Chris in our public capacities. Our paths have been very similar. We have been City Council Member and Mayors in our respective cities as well as serving together for several years on the PDS Council and Management Board. Together we effected positive changes for the entire Kenton County Community. He is a true leader.

I have also had the pleasure of working with Chris in my business life. Chris is an excellent Commercial Property Appraiser. He has all the skills required to be an excellent Property Valuation Administrator.

Chris is a proven leader. I am proud to not only call him my friend but fully support him in his campaign for Property Valuation Administrator.

Jessica Fette — Mayor of Erlanger

As mayors of the second and third largest cities in Kenton County, Chris Reinersman and I have worked side by side, leaning on each other for guidance, support, and honest conversations about how to move our communities forward.

Chris has been a steady, thoughtful leader for Independence, and his background in commercial real estate appraisal makes him uniquely qualified to serve as PVA. His commitment to smart economic development has helped set his city on a stronger trajectory.

Chris Reinersman is the right choice for Kenton County PVA, and I’m proud to support him.

Greg Pohlgeers — Mayor of Ft. Mitchell

It is my privilege to endorse Chris Reinersman for Kenton County PVA. Chris's character, integrity, commitment, and professional experience uniquely qualify him for this important role. He exemplifies the very best of public service and leadership, and Kenton County would be well served by his dedication and judgment.

Dan Bell — Mayor of Taylor Mill

The City of Independence over the years has benefited from the leadership of Mayor Reinersman. The city has prospered and grown to new heights. Chris has also provided his leadership to the Kenton County Planning Development Services. In the area of property evaluation Chris Reinersman will bring experience and fresh leadership to the very important PVA office in 2027.

Kathy Zembrodt — Mayor of Park Hills

Chris Reinersman is a good choice for PVA in my view as he has been in the appraisal business for years. I believe that an appraiser should be in that position for the knowledge of the job.

Joe Meyer — Former Mayor of Covington

Chris Reinersman will be an excellent PVA. He is an extraordinary mayor for Independence. His service as mayor is a proven record of public service, professionalism, and integrity — qualities that matter when residents rely on fair, transparent, and accurate property assessments.

Chris is a professional appraiser. His knowledgeable commitment to modernizing the office, improving accessibility, and serving taxpayers with respect makes him the right choice to lead the PVA's work in a fast growing county. I'm proud to support Chris Reinersman for Kenton County Property Valuation Administrator.
